Terms of service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Presupport at presupport.proxybrewer.com. By using Presupport, or by creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Presupport is offered by ProxyBrewer, based in the Netherlands. Contact: info@proxybrewer.com.
2. The service
Presupport is a browser tool to orient, repair and add supports to 3D models for resin printing, and export them. It can be used for free, without an account. With an account you can additionally get Pro (see section 4).
Presupport is in beta: features are still being added and may change, and things may sometimes not work as intended. We may change, add or remove features, and we do not guarantee that the service is always available or free of errors.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- Give a correct email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
- An account is personal; don't share it with others.
- You can stop using your account at any time and ask us to delete it (see the privacy policy).
4. Pro
What Pro includes
Pro currently includes: syncing your settings between browsers, cloud projects (up to 50 GB per account) and no promotions. All other features are free. We may add to Pro; if we take something essential away from it, we will tell subscribers in advance.
Subscription
- A Pro subscription costs the price shown at checkout (currently USD 5 per month), plus VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. The purchase is made through Link (part of Stripe), which acts as the seller of record; Link's terms, shown at checkout, apply to the purchase itself, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
- The subscription renews every month until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time through "Manage subscription" in your account. Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law or Link's terms require otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
- If we change the price, we will tell subscribers at least 30 days before it applies to them, and you can cancel before that.
Pro through the Proxy Sage role
Members with the Proxy Sage role in the ProxyBrewer Discord server (through Patreon or MyMiniFactory) get Pro included while they have that role, after linking their Discord account. When the role ends, Pro ends a few days later. This is a benefit of that membership, which is governed by Patreon's or MyMiniFactory's own terms.
5. Cloud projects
- Only Presupport project files (.brew) can be stored, up to 50 GB per account.
- When Pro ends, your cloud projects become read-only: you can still open, download and delete them for 30 days. After that they are deleted permanently.
- We take care to store your projects safely, but cloud storage is not a backup guarantee. Keep your own copies of work that matters to you.
6. Your content
Your models and projects remain yours. By saving them in the cloud, you allow us only to store them and deliver them back to you, as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use the models you upload, for example that they are your own or that their licence allows it.
7. Fair use
You may not:
- store or share content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights;
- use cloud storage for anything other than Presupport projects, or try to get around its limits;
- attack, overload or try to break into the service, or access other people's data;
- resell or redistribute the service, or access it through automated means beyond normal use.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, after warning you where reasonable. If we close a paid account without good reason, we refund the unused part of the period.
8. Your prints
Presupport helps you place supports, but 3D printing depends on many things outside our control, such as your printer, resin, settings and the model itself. Always check your supports and the exported file before printing. We do not guarantee that prints will succeed, and we are not responsible for failed prints, wasted resin, or damage to printers or other equipment.
9. Our software
Presupport and its design are owned by ProxyBrewer. You may use it as offered, but not copy, modify or redistribute it. Presupport includes open-source components under their own licences; see the open-source licences.
10. Liability
Presupport is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost data or lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage occurred. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you, we will tell account holders at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can stop using Presupport and cancel your subscription before the change applies.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live. Please contact us first if you have a complaint; we will try to solve it together. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
